Join Regina founder of Wolf Medicine Magic for Ayurveda-based yoga class.

Regina began her Ayurvedic studies in 2009 on a mission to "clean up" her diet and begin a life devoted to preventative (self) heathcare using Ayurveda's 5 elemental philosophy for eating. In 2014 she graduated from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda's 650-hour Ayurveda program as a certfied Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Soon after she completed Kripalu's yoga teacher training as a certified 200-hour yoga teacher. Her life has been seriously devoted to both yoga and Ayurveda as tools for self-care ever since.

This 4 week Ayurvedic Yoga series at Citrine will focus on stress management as the groundwork for students to get grounded and inwardly focused. Yoga is a tool to discover one's self through the practice of yoga asana (yoga postures) and combined with pranayam (breathe control or breathing techniques) and meditation, one can begin to discover that wellness in both body and mind can be achieved. Also get tons of Ayurvedic tips and tricks for balanced health.

SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED!!! If you do not get a spot, know that the series will repeat throughout the fall.
